We were helped by a different staff member each time so it seems there's a culture of high quality customer service throughout the store. The first time we didn't make a purchase and weren't pressured to. The second time we made a large scale purchase, and an extremely obliging third staff member working out the back offered to carry our purchases to our car for us. Brilliant.
