    There is absolutely no customer service. You turn up to pick up our order and they think it is acceptable to put a pallet into the back of a new Range Rover. You say no then two men tell you have to load it yourself and stand and watch you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We went here on a busy Saturday morning. There were several staff serving customers, and we were attended to within a minute. Having done some online research, we knew roughly what we wanted. We quickly confirmed our floor and edging tiles and were assisted in identifying the wall tiles right for us. We quickly ordered our tiles and were out within about thirty minutes. We were also advised to wait until our tiler was ready before giving four days' notice so that we could make the most of the 7 day guarantee on broken tiles. I can't fault them. We are very happy all round.
